Australian Prime Minister: Julia Gillard Cries During Speech in Parliament.

Prime Minister Julia Gillard burst into tears yesterday while introducing legislation into Parliament that will pay for the National Disability Insurance (NDI).

"The people who have gathered here today from around the country to witness this debate know what this means," Julia Gillard said.

"There will be no more 'in principle', no more 'when circumstances permit'.

"Disability Care starts in seven weeks' time and there will no turning back," said an emotional Prime Minister Julia in Parliament.
