A one week old baby was found dead in a Ruyang County river this morning after a young couple accidentally threw it off a bridge during a heated argument.
At 7:00 this morning, the couple reportedly called for help after throwing their baby into the water while in the middle of a fight. The Ruyang County Fire squad rushed to the scene and found the newborn baby floating in the river near the scene, but by the time emergency personnel arrived, the child showed no signs of life.
