Nigeria's House of Representatives passed the bill Thursday in a voice vote. The Senate previously passed the bill in November 2011.

A baby believed to be 2-day-old boy in China was freed from a toilet pipe when he was accidently flushed down the toilet by her mum who didn't know she had given birth while using the toilet, authorities say.

Chinese firefighters and emergency workers located the tiny human being in a sewage pipe beneath a squat toilet in an apartment building in Jinhua, Zhejiang Province. The placenta was still attached on the baby when he was found.

The bridge over the Skagit River in norther Washington State known as the Interstate 5 bridge collapsed on Thursday evening.

The Nigerian Police have rescued 17 pregnant teenage mums from a baby factory that is owned by a woman, it is alleged.
Some of the victims recently narrated how they got pregnant in the said factory.

According to one 17-year-old victim named Adaobi Akubueze, she was sent to the factory by a medical doctor who conducted her pregnancy test and discovered that she was pregnant.
